A traktorok meghajtott kerekére való mezőgazdasági abroncsok mintázatának telítettsége pedig csak 20% körüli. 4x4 tarktorok esetén nem cserélhető tetszőlegesen a gumi mérete!

PR(ply rating) érték.

Mezőgazdasági gumiabroncs terhelhetőségét határozza meg. Minnél nagyobb a PR értéke annál ellenállóbb lesz a külső behatásokkal szemben. Nehéz terepre, illetve nagy igénybevételű munka esetén érdemes a nagyobb PR számú gumiabroncsokat keresni.

A gumiabroncs szerkezete

Két fajta gumiabroncs szerkezetet különböztetünk meg.

Diagonál gumiabroncsok esetén a szövetváz kordjai 45 fokos szöget zárnak be a koronavonallal. A futó és a szövetváz között vannak párnabetétek melyek ritka szövetből készülnek, mintegy átmenetet képezve a nagyobb moduluszú szövet és a gumias futó között.

A radiálabroncsban ez a két funkció kettéoszlik, és lehet optimalizálni a szövetvázat a radiális irányú erőkre, az öveket a kerületirányúakra. A radiálbetét kordjai merőlegesek a koronavonalra, és így ebben az irányban egy szál kétszer akkora nyomásból eredő erőt tud elviselni, mint a diagonálabroncs esetében. Ezért feleannyi szövetvázbetétre van szükség, mint a diagonálabroncs esetében (csak a kordszálak irányából fakadóan). Csökkenthető az oldalfal vastagsága, jobban hűl a gumiabroncs. Az övek szöge csökkenthető, és ezzel nő a merevségük, és jobban ellenállnak a nagy sebességek hatására fellépő nagy centrifugális erőkkel szemben. A merevebb szerkezetnek köszönhető, hogy az abroncs laposabban ráfekszik az útra. Ezért kevésbé mozgékony a futó, ami csökkenti a gördülési ellenállást. Ugyanakkor ha rámegy egy kőre, nagyobbat zökken, nagyobb feszültségek ébrednek benne, melyek következtében az abroncs alkatrészei elválnak egymástól vagy elszakadnak; a radiálabroncs hamarabb tönkremegy göröngyös úton, mint a diagonál.

A gumiabroncs szerkezetjelölése. Az R azt jelenti, hogy radiálabroncs. Egyéb lehetőségek: ha kötőjel (-) vagy D betű van, akkor diagonálabroncs, ha B (bias belted), akkor övesdiagonál.

Having the best in the CIS high tech mixing equipment, ROSAVA company produces as well commercial rubber compounds for other manufacturers. Within recent years production of rubber technical goods was mastered. 

 

PJSC ROSAVA is located in the south-east part of Belaya Tserkov city, 80 km far from Kiev. Convenient geographical location of the company, presence of railway and Kiev-Odessa highway ensure prompt delivery of tyres to customers in Ukraine and to foreign partners.

Passenger car tyres are manufactured in economy segment with marks ВС and БЦ, and in medium segment with marks WQ - winter ,  SQ - summer.

 

 

Medium class tyres are exported to 36 countries of the world. In Ukraine they are widely used by owners of foreign-made cars of classes B and C. 

 

 

According to the results of 2012, about 50% of total volume of all tyre range is sold in domestic market, the rest tyres are exported to more than 60 countries of the world, to almost all continents.

 

PRODUCTION

 

 

Production modernization

 

In order to manufacture product which meet the growing requirements of customers, the company has carried out the first stage of the complex program for production modernization (years 2005-2010) including delivery of high tech equipment manufactured by the worldwide leaders, implementation of state of the art technology and use of environmentally friendly raw materials. The second stage started and is in progress (years 2011-2014).

 

2005 Modern software Pro/Engineer (USA) and «Cascade» (Russia) ensures high accuracy of calculation of tyre performance on the design stage what allows to design tyres of new generation as well as to shorten time for developing and launching of new products to markets.

 

 

2006 

 

Triplex extrusion line for treads/sidewalls production, Berstorff (Germany) provides a possibility to manufacture the tread consisted of 3 new types of rubber compounds as well as to produce medium class tyres.

 

 

2007   Testing bench «Оka» (Russia) provides a possibility to test tyres and checkout tyre parameters at different speed rates (up to 240 km/h).

 

2008

 

First line of curing presses, Harburg Freudenberger (Germany) ensures consistency of quality; its output capacity is 600 thousand tyres per year.

 

2008   Pump-and-compressor equipment, Samsung ensures rational electric power consumption. .

 

2009  Bead ring making unit Libepal, Vipo (Slovak Republic) ensures significant improvement of dynamic balance and force uniformity of manufactured tyres.

 

2010 

Stand-alone energy-saving plant Viessmann Vitomax (Germany)

 

- supports the workshops for truck and agricultural tyres production.

 

2011 

Second line of curing presses, Harburg Freudenberger (Germany), output capacity - 600 thousand tyres per year.

 

 

2012 

- Extrusion line for production of  innerliner for passenger car tyres and truck tyres, Krauss Maffei Berstorff (Germany); 

• Two machines for cap ply cutting,  Spoolex S.A.S (France); 
• Tread wind-up unit, Krauss Maffei Berstorff  (Germany);
• Two unistage tyre building machines (including I and II stages), Harburg Freudenberger (Germany).
